Vision The vision of Latino Arts LA is to enrich the lives of Los Angeles inner-city youth through the education and practice of music, dance, and theater arts; whereby, they participate and contribute with their creativity and talent to the vibrant renaissance of Downtown Los Angeles and its surrounding neighborhoods.
